Tonight, Phil ate Taco Bell for the first time ever! So strange having these foreigners around who have never tried such token places. Anyway, here is the first thing he said after biting into his meal (read with a British accent)...
"I have a distinct feeling that I'm eating dog meat, but it is delicious!"

you can put phil's mind at ease and tell him that taco bell wouldn't pay the current market price for dog meat when beef is significantly cheaper.
this is true.
take it from a real-life dog eater. just once when I was 8.
