Last night I could not sleep very well.

the night before the first day of school?

to Disneyland the next morning?
That's how I felt last night.

Only this time, rather than school or Disneyland,
tonight we are going to have our first weekend services
in our new student building!

Today Zack and I spent about 4 hours up on the roof of the Refinery. It was hot, bright, sweaty, dirty, and AWESOME!

You Know This - I'm a Lazy B (as in Bethany)

I am currently sitting on Allison's couch...in the dark...by myself. This would seem sad and depressing, but the truth is, I just haven't gotten up since the sun went down. 

I should turn on a light, but it is all the way on the other side of the room. So instead I just keep adjusting the screen so I can see what's going on around me.

But now I am getting hungry, so I guess I am going to have to move. Time to go check out the fridge to see if she has anything delicious for me to eat.

I just spent the last 30 minutes updating my blogroll. I took off people who haven't blogged in 6 months, added people that I am now friends with, and put a link to Allison's Kenya trip on here. Man, that was a lot of work! There's a good chance that I missed someone or took off something important, so if you are offended or just want to be a part of the cool crowd, let me know! 

Now I am going to go do some stretches to try and get feeling back into my arms...

This weekend, we went camping for the Wildside Strive retreat... so much fun!

Allison and I got a few students around to play a game of Catch Phrase. As expected, we totally schooled those jr. highers! Maybe not totally fair, but totally funny! Here's how my favorite round went down...

Allison: Ok, if we were to go to a Japanese restaurant with Matt Hall and he wanted to order saki, he would say this...

Me: Saki-to-me... SOCK IT TO ME!
